Milestones for Milo... and Me

It was bittersweet, but we always knew that by the springtime Milo would be ready to go to full time Daycare (at Boden's school). It was such a huge blessing to have a job that was flexible enough that I could keep Milo home with me, with some help from our favorite Nanny Sita. But his curiosity and desire to be around other kids, really make it a no brainer for us that he's ready for something a little more challenging and fun. So a few weeks ago, he started - and the transition has been great. He cried the first few times, but now just busies himself with working hard at playing!

The change for Milo to full time daycare also presented me with the perfect timing in my career to try something new. A friend of mine from work mentioned an open position with the Inside Sales team for Strategic Software. After a whirlwind week of interviews and questioning if this was going to be a good move for me, I decided to take a new opportunity with work. My new job started on May 1st, and I'm super excited for the opportunities and learning that is going to come with my new role. I will still work from home, but with a new team and selling and supporting the new license component of our software. Yay!
